The Pequannock River Falls is a small waterfall on the river of the same name, located along the border between Passaic and Morris counties. The waterfall is only about 3 feet high and features a singular drop.
The waterfall is located on public property, but is best viewed from the Waterfall Village Apartment Complex, which has set up a nice observation area for its residents.

**The waterfall straddles public and private property. The easiest way to view the waterfall is from the Waterfall Village Apartment complex in Bloomingdale. Alternatively, you can hike in through the small Butler Forest Preserve, which has no official trails.
