Electric Brook Falls is a pair of back-to-back waterfalls in Schooley’s Mountain County Park. While they are separated by a small pool, some may consider them one waterfall (The gap between the two drops on Raymondskill Falls in Pennsylvania is significantly bigger, but that is only considered one waterfall). The general consensus is that Electric Brook Falls is two separate falls. Due to the extreme similarity in size, location, and appearance, both waterfalls are cataloged here.
Despite the argument over whether Electric Brook Falls is one or two waterfalls, there are two distinct drops. Both drops are strikingly similar and scenic along the rocky gorge trail.
Hikers can access the waterfall in as short as a half-mile round-trip hike, but a slightly longer route is ideal as it includes a few unnamed cascades on the brook, and the longer approach is slightly easier due to a rock scramble. Click the button below for a guide on reaching this waterfall.

** Despite the consistency of the waterfall, the trail is not safe in the winter without spikes due to the rocky nature.
