Upper Rutherford Falls

Upper Rutherford Falls is a moderately sized waterfall located at High Point State Park. The waterfall is located below a dam on Rutherford Lake and just above Lower Rutherford Falls. Rutherford Lake has restricted access due to drinking water, but the waterfall appears to be accessible. Explore North Jersey has not visited the waterfall yet to verify if access is permitted.
